School administrators may request deletion of student or staff records from within the platform. SchoolMitra handles student data on behalf of schools. Student records are created and managed solely by authorized school administrators. Parents and guardians can view their child's data through the parent portal. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Our mobile application uses push notifications to deliver school alerts. When you log in, your device's push notification token is registered to your account. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Old tokens are automatically removed when a new login occurs.
